With the guidance of 6 experienced and reputable mentors, trainers now have the opportunity to post questions in a safe and collaborative enviornment concerning situations they may be facing as team trainer and to get answers or seek advice for their specific needs and challenges. This program is only available to trainers who have enrolled in the HTCP e-learning program. This initiative was made possible through a grant from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport - Ontario Sport and Recreation Communities Fund.
